She has over 30 years of experience helping organizations uncover growth opportunities in hidden assets, from data sets to people. As EVP at Citi, Marcia created and built the Global Decision Management function in over 30 markets, introducing advanced analytical tools and strong governance process into business decisions. Its charter was to seek significant industry breakthroughs for future franchise growth, across retail and wholesale banking products. Marcia generated greater than $1 Billion annual EBIT through the global implementation of Decision Management disciplines.

One of Marcia’s proudest professional achievements is mentoring dozens of women in banking, analytics, and technology, and seeing them take on executive positions while living full lives.

J’Amy leads an enthusiastic team committed to helping financial institutions solve problems and expand their footprint using Innovis data. FailSafe®, Innovis’ multi-layer authentication suite, was created through the intentional sharing of trends, analytics, and ideas between financial institutions and the team at Innovis.

Prior to joining the Innovis Team, J’Amy served as Eastern Regional Manager for Factual Data® (formerly CBCInnovis) where she was responsible for the operations and sales of 14 Eastern offices providing Mortgage Reporting, Collections, Credit Reporting, Risk Management and related services to customers in New England, New York, and the Mid-Atlantic.

Andrea is a passionate data scientist and seasoned financial services professional with significant domestic and international experience spanning multiple consumer banking products and functions. She has spent the last 15 years at Innovis focusing on product development and leading customer analytics for Fraud, Authentication, Risk and Right Party Contact products.

Prior to Innovis, Andrea worked at Citibank in a variety of Decision Management, Risk and Business Policy and Analysis functions for various consumer finance products both domestically and internationally.
